Unity is a word we Christians use often, but we rarely slow down to define. In this episode, I take time to look at what unity actually is — and what it isn’t. Scripture never presents unity as forced agreement or sameness. Instead, it points us to something steadier: a common unifier—Christ!
I talk honestly about why unity feels so much harder now, how unresolved disagreements have quietly weakened relationships, and how cultural pressure inside and outside the church has made created massive relational chasms between brothers and sisters in Christ.
Rather than offering quick fixes, this episode calls us back to a biblical understanding of unity — one rooted in humility, patience, and faithfulness. Drawing from passages like Psalm 133, Ephesians 4, John 17, and Colossians 3, we’re reminded that unity is something to be guarded and constantly work towards maintaining. It doesn’t require everything to be resolved before moving forward, but it does require Christ to remain at the center. When He does, unity can endure strain, disagreement, and unfinished conversations without falling apart.
Grateful you’re here.
