RETURNS + SHIPPING

GENERAL

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from SERPENTSNDOVES.COM. Please note that your use of SERPENTSNDOVES.COM constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

RETURN

It is our goal for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase here at SerpentsNDoves.com, we will be glad to return any full priced item(s) purchased from SerpentsNDoves.com if returned within 14 days of purchase.

 

However, it MUST meet the return criteria as set out below. If return does not meet any of the criteria set out below, we reserve the right to refuse a return and/or exchange. So, please read return criteria below carefully.

 

Serpents & Doves® does not provide pre-paid return labels. Any item(s) purchased from SerpentsNDoves.com must be returned at the customers expense.

 

Any already marked down, sale, clearance, discount codes, etc., items are not eligible for return. They will be considered Final Sale.

 

For an item to qualify for ANY type of return, item(s) purchased from SerpentsNDoves.com must be returned in unopened, new, unworn, unused condition with original tags still attached, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, cologne scents or wear and have all the original packaging included in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

 

To return an item(s) for a refund you must FIRST contact us at returns@SerpentsNDoves.com with the following information: A copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. If return meets approval criteria, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of factory defective items.

 

Returns and exchanges WILL NOT be honored after the 14 day window is met.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not offer nor can we accommodate exchanges at this time. So if you wish to exchange an item, the best way is to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement (please note that we do not guarantee that your item will be in stock at the time of re-order) at SerpentsNDoves.com.

 

Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for exchanges as stated.

 

Again, for an item to qualify for ANY type of return, item(s) purchased from SerpentsNDoves.com must be returned in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags still attached, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, cologne scents or wear and have all the original packaging included in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY

If your package isn’t successfully delivered and is sent back to Serpents & Doves®, it is usually due to insufficient address information. In this case, your package will be returned to Serpents & Doves® and “Returned to Sender” will be issued on your tracking information. If an address is invalid or missing information and the carrier is unable to deliver your package, this is what will occur.

 

Returned To Sender packages will be restocked and you will be refunded minus the initial shipping charge and a $5.00 restocking fee. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are final once they reach us and are processed by Serpents & Doves®.

 

What you may want to do instead, is to place a new order using the correct address. Please note that we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be in-stock at the time of your re-order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY

To report a damaged or factory defective item, you will need to do the following process BEFORE returning:

 

Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to Customer Service (returns@SerpentsNDoves.com) along with a description of the damage/defective area and your name used at the time of order.

 

Once we receive your email and assess the damage/defective area, we will contact with the determined outcome and any further instructions (if approved).

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are subject to availability. Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9A to 3P pst, and shipped out 1-3 business days from when an order is placed, unless they are pre-orders. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.

Shipping fees are based on the total merchandise cost and the shipping method you choose.

Our shipping rates come directly from USPS. We do not add any handling fees. The live rates fluctuate and we have no control of how they adjust. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.

 

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS (FOR RETURNS)

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. All claims in regards to lost/stolen/damaged packages from sender (customer) to retailer (SERPENTS & DOVES®) must be made through the USPS , not through SERPENTS & DOVES®.

 

SERPENTS & DOVES® is not held liable for any lost/stolen/damaged packages that are shipped back as returns.
