Unpacking The Salvation Debate

Unfortunately, the debate of what it means to be saved rages on within the church today. Lee joins us to talk about this very thing. He helps us unpack a lot of what's all involved with this topic. What is Antinomionism? Or Lordship Salvation? What is the difference between Calvinism vs. Arminianism? These are just some questions that Lee and I get to sit down and discuss.

We also talk about the "New Measures" that seeped into evangelicalism in the early 1800's after the first great awakening and how that affected the church and evangelicalism to this day. Since the birth of this nation, satan has wanted nothing more than to bring her down. He's managed to have success at the church level and especially in the are of disagreements such as that of salvation. I hope and pray you are blessed just as I was to listen to Lee and hear what he brought to the table.

Romans 10:9-10 says "...if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
