Church Age Finale!

Pastor Cary Green joins us today to talk about the subject of the church. When did the church start? When will the church end? What is the current condition of the church? And what does this all mean in application to the life of the believer? These are just some questions Pastor Carey and I will be talking about.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see and figure out that today's evangelical church is in a heap of hurt. As Pastor David Hocking would say "We are in deep yogurt!" I agree. It's important to see what God's original intent for the church was and how far we've strayed from God's intent when it comes to the function and responsibility of the church.

Also, what exactly is the responsibility of the church? With the ever changing landscape of the "new" church, it's easy to lose sight of what our main responsibility is. Satan has tried from the beginning to thwart the work of the church, and in these last days, we can see how he's managed to succeed to a certain degree.

It is my belief that we are nearing the end of the church age any moment. What does that mean for the true believer? What should our approach be knowing this? And, how can we deal with the lack of good Bible teaching, Bible believing churches in the days ahead. This is a sign that the Lord told us to be looking for in the end times, and we are there! Don't lose heart! Stay engaged in the battle. Remember that there is no such thing as retirement in times of war!
