This was wonderful to read. Thank you so much! I needed to read exactly these words this morning. I’m literally crying right now, ashamed of letting my fear get the better of me.

I need to move and have no idea where I’ll go, limited resources, nothing affordable, waiting for the Lord to guide me, give me the answer, and fearing homelessness. I’ve told myself repeatedly that He will work it out, He’s preparing a place. Maybe He has some work for me to do and in His timing, He will lead me to it. It’s something I’ve long desired to do, work for the Lord.

I keep looking around for places, seeing no options or solutions, and then I start to fear again. I wonder when will He tell me where to go and what to do.

I needed this reminder, it will happen in His perfect timing. Hasn’t He always come through? Trust. Wait. He will be there at just the right time with the right solution.

This was the best way to start my day. 🙏🏼👆🏼

Dakota, I wrote in a comment below that the Lord spoke volumes to me as I was writing it. I truly see myself in Peter as he wanted to go to his Savior. The one spot he knew he'd be safe at. But I, like Peter, take my eyes off of our Jesus too often and begin to sink with fear at the "waves" and "winds" battering me from all sides. Your words ministered to me sister! Yes, we must trust and wait. He WILL be there at just the right time. Thank you for the gentle reminder of our Lord's perfect timing. You're spot on!

He's got you in the palm of His mighty hand and will never let your foot slip! May the Lord bless you and open doors you never thought possible. Keep sharing Jesus though because He's coming back soon!

Blessings!

Lord! We come to you right now, even if the prayer is in written form, you know our hearts and your Spirit unites us in prayer. Father, we pray for Cindy. You know where she's at and exactly what it is she needs. The storms may be battering and the boat tossing to and fro, but your timing and faithfulness are perfect! Lord, we pray that you would pour your peace over our sister Cindy...that peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard her heart and mind against the attacks of the enemy! Hedge her in around your protective arms. I pray that you would calm the storm(s) in her life as only you can. We come to You in faith believing that you not only hear us, but come out to us, meet us where we are at in the midst of these storms and bring a calm and peace in a chaotic situation. In your name we pray, AMEN!

Hi Jennifer! The images from Teahupoo are truly mesmerizing and awe inspiring. The volume of water gathered in those waves goes to show the amazing power in the ocean. God's creation is evident just as scripture says it is. So blessed to know that the Lord encouraged and settled your heart. God is so good! Praise Him!

You MUST learn to get to the point by condensing your thoughts. I appreciate your efforts but life is short and your posts are to long. ❤️🤪

Sometimes we need to stop being in a hurry. Caught up in the worlds' ways. Take time and let the word of God sink into the depths of our soul. It is then we experience His true peace in a crazy mixed up world. Blessings

Hi Claudia! Thanks so much for sharing your thought about the article. I will admit, I have much to say both when I do a video and when I write. Let me say the following as a comment to your comment. The older I get, the faster life seems to pass me by. I'm witnessing a world decaying right before my very eyes faster than ever. I've got more gray hairs and I've realized that I don't know much and have yet so much to learn.

So, I've purposely slowed myself down in many, many areas of life. I read slower so as to understand things better. I drive slower so as to soak up the views and landscapes. I hug and express my love a whole lot more. Life is rushing by us all and with the advent of technology, it's gone into warp speed. I don't want to miss what the Lord might want to speak or show me. In like manner, I talk a lot and write a lot because I don't want to cut short what the Spirit wants me to write that might minister to someone else going through the same thing(s).

My wife said to me last night after I read the article back to her, she said: "Sweetheart the Spirit wrote this for you!" So, I often times don't write in hopes that the Lord will only minister to others, I write knowing that the Lord is speaking to me and I want to share that with others in hopes it will minister to them as well.

Thanks again for your thought, however, I have to warn you, condensing won't happen. I guess I just have a lot to say. May the Lord richly bless you!

I LOVE that you pour out your heart and thoughts “ in written word” no matter how long it is… there’s so much to say, to relay… time is short❤️😇

Thank you! Life and time are short. Time is so precious and I've already wasted so much of it. My prayer is that the Lord would be gracious in redeeming the time I've squandered. He is good! Thanks so much for the uplifting and encouraging words! So refreshing. May the Lord richly bless you in all you do!
