Amen Pablo. We should always be tuned in to The Holy Spirit and pay attention to Him because He gives us warnings when there is danger that could harm us spiritually. Discernment. That's important to use dicernment in all things. The devil roams about like a roaring lion, seeking to devour someone.

We want to remember what we are told, "test the spirits", because as you have pointed out Pablo, we live in a time of growing deception and it's only going to get worse. But the Holy Spirit in us helps us to be mindful, if we pay attention to Him and listen to what He is telling us.

God bless you brother Pablo. I am always blessed with your messages.

Hi Rose! Agreed. The Holy Spirit is our end all-say all. I’m blown away at how many don’t have or even try to exercise discernment. I’m currently doing a short study into the role of the Holy Spirit…amazing! Galatians 5:16-26 is a fantastic passage in the Word that talks about the Holy Spirit vs. the works of the flesh. Thanks so much for the encouragement! May the Lord bless you. Maranatha!

THANK YOU FOR SPEAKING TRUTH!

I feel your frustration and just left a mega church because of the world seeping into the staff. I have talked with the campus pastor & worship pastor with my concerns. With my own eyes, I have seen 2 men on the worship team kiss on social media. We had a 'Sisterhood Night' with a silent disco with only secular music playing. I thought it would've been a good opportunity to showcase good Christian music. I was told to listen to the speaker tomorrow about legalism. When the church staff states this is a tool to reach the lost, then I feel disheartened and question myself. But deep down I know that the world is looking for something different. The world is looking for REAL LASTING LOVE that can ONLY be filled with the love of Christ. I am in constant prayer for that church & the staff. It's so sad. I pray they turn around. I'm praying for protection for YOU for speaking the truth & that nothing will come against you. I've got tears in my eyes of thankfulness & gratefulness that you are doing what God is calling you to do. BLESSINGS UPON BLESSINGS to you!

Suzie ~ I, too, have had this ugly experience, and it's very difficult to look away, so I went away. Pablo adised me to pray, and stay in the Word and that's helping. If people like us can be put off by this, imagine how confused younger kids woud be ? Bless you in all you do~

Thanks for addressing this, Pablo! I’ve been saved forever, but my husband was not, so I had a hard time getting through to my kids (now almost your age) since their dad didn’t care. They supposedly got saved, but the music drew them in, especially my son. He’s still as far from the Lord Jesus as can be. Even “music” within the church is demonic since its theology doesn’t glorify God.

Hi Denise! I pray in Jesus' name, the name above all names that the Lord would place someone in your son's path to speak Truth to him. The Lord is still in the business of redemption, and, there's no one that the Lord can't reach. Music is such a powerful tool, more powerful than we think. It has such an affect on us. My wife was so instrumental in getting me to pay closer attention to the words, not just the melody line. Game changer! Of course, it was the heavy conviction of the Holy Spirit that did the work. And yes, much of the worship I see these days seems to be a show to glorify self, rather than lift the name of Jesus on high. Much of the worship times at way too many churches have become entertainment shows and a chance for vocalists to show off their talents. Sad. But God!!! We must stay faithful to Him and Him alone. Keep fighting the good fight. He knows, hears and sees all things. He's got this! Blessings to you and your family!

Thank you, Pablo! I pray for you and your family! I fully agree on all counts! All I can do is pray for my son since I know I’m not the one to get through to him. I share when or if he allows it, but I pray someone else shares with him his need for a savior. It’s definitely not too late - yet. I’m pretty sure music was his downfall, which also caused him to turn to substance abuse. He’s clean now, which is good. But that won’t save him. Look forward to seeing you in Heaven! CQLJ!!!

I can't thank you enough for your prayers! And don't ever forget the power of a praying mom...never mess with a praying mom! The Lord hears all your prayers and knows all your tears. His timing is perfect. Rest in Him! Blessings once again to you and your lovely family.

Thank you Pablo, I pay attention to the words and there are so many “Christian” artists out there that are not even truly Christians, they are predators preying on unsuspecting Believers. Keep sharing the truth! Maranatha!

The Word says in 2 Corinthians 11:14 "And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light." I too share in your opinion that much of the "Christian" music out these days glorifies self instead of God. Praise the Lord for His Spirit that dwells in each believer and for His Word! We are truly in a spiritual battle like no other and the only way to be victorious is in Christ and putting on the FULL armor of God. Thank you for the encouragement and may the Lord richly bless you!

I picked B. Never did like her music from day 1. We need to be careful what we listen to. Whether it be music, or talk. I pray that the remnant will have discernment, and use the Bible for comparison with a biblical view on every aspect of life.

For someone to think that Christian heavy metal is appropriate and pure in God’s eyes is appalling and delusional.
